1. Welcome to the online consultation website of SYT Wellness owned and operated by Cheung Yung Wellness Limited (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) to provide you with a complete consultation process. We will set out the following terms of use for you to more clearly understand the terms of use of the company’s online consultation website. When you browse the company’s online consultation website, it means that you have accepted and abide by the relevant terms and conditions. You must assess and bear all risk associated with the content and use of this online consultation website, The Company reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions without notice.
2. Underaged or minor shall not use any services that requires the provision of personal and family member information without being accompanied by a legal guardian. Upon using the Service, you will be responsible for the terms of this website on behalf of the parent or guardian of the user. The company has no responsibility and obligation to verify the age or behavioral ability of any user.
3. The company’s online consultation website is owned and operated by Cheung Yung Wellness Limited and any terms of use related to the company’s online consultation website are also applicable to employees of Cheung Yung Wellness Limited.
4. Users are not allowed to post any derogatory, violent, slanderous, obscene, or defamatory languages on this platform. If a violation of this code is found, the company reserves the right to delete such content. When using this platform, you agree to ensure that your user name and password are properly kept, and all activities and decisions made in the account are responsible. The company will not be responsible for any losses caused by users who fail to comply with this clause.
5. The company’s trademarks and service marks belong to SYT Wellness. We will reserve all the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized use. All pictures, designs, logos, service marks and trademarks on the company’s online consultation website
6. The company will make best effort to ensure that the online consultation service prices, information, and appointment time listed on the webpage are up-to-date. All appointments must be determined by the company and accepted according to the service date and time. If any appointment cannot be provided to customers due to scheduling issues, we will notify you by phone or email prior to the scheduled date and time to change the appointment schedule.
7. The company does not assume any obligations or responsibilities that the company cannot reasonably control (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond the control of the company). However, the company will also try its best to contact the user in this case within a reasonable time frame. If the situation does not permit, the company will cancel the transaction without incurring any responsibility.
8. These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The application of each part of this clause is limited to the extent permitted by the law. If any part of these terms is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, only the prohibited or unenforceable part will be invalidated in that jurisdiction, but it will not invalidate the rest of the terms or the part in other jurisdictions. The validity, legality or enforceability of other jurisdictions will not be affected. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make the final decision. This Chinese translation is for reference only. If there is a difference in the meaning between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese version shall prevail.
Online consultation service appointment and payment terms

4. Receiving login information of online clinics via email
After completing the payment, the system will automatically send a link to log in to the online clinic to your email address. The online video conference software is simple and easy to use. If you use a computer, you don’t need to install it, just one click will direct you to the Zoom website. If you are using a mobile phone, you only need to install the free Zoom program. Please log in 10 minutes in advance and wait for the consultation. If you have any questions during login, please contact the online specialist for assistance.
Product delivery, freight and replacement terms
If after online consultation, the patient accepts the doctor’s proposal to order medical supplies or prescription drugs, the following methods can be used:

2. Online payment with invoice by email
After emailing you the service invoice, you can pay via Credit Card or Paypal or via Bank Transfer. If you decide to transfer by Bank Transfer, you must email (cs@sytwellness.com) or WhatsApp us with bank transfer note image to confirm your payment.

3. Delivery arrangements:
We will arrange delivery as soon as possible after receiving the payment. Generally, it will be delivered to your home (or your company) within three working days. But be aware that island districts, restricted areas or remote areas may be delayed or even unable to deliver.
4. Service charge
The consultation fee will include an appointment fee (HK$100) to make an appointment application for a video consultation with a TCM doctor on Sytdoc. The appointment fee will be fully deducted from the final amount payable for your use of Sytdoc services after the consultation is completed. At present, the total charge is about HK$250-380, including doctor’s consultation fee, three-days’ worth of Chinese Medicine and one-time free delivery service. The free delivery service is only applicable to general residential and commercial addresses, and surcharges apply to island districts and remote areas.
5. Medical certificate
If the TCM doctor considers it necessary and appropriate based on his professional judgment after the consultation, the doctor can issue a medical certificate (such as a sick leave certificate) or prescribe drugs to you. Any such medicines and medical certificates will be delivered to your designated address together with a receipt from our clinic.
6. Privacy and electronic records
Any medical consultation is conducted between you and the relevant physician, and no third party will participate. If the patient needs to take any video during the medical consultation process, he must obtain the consent of the TCM doctor before the medical consultation begins, otherwise the company reserves the right to pursue the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
7. Quality assurance:
SYT Wellness will ensure the quality and completeness of the products before shipment. If the product is found to be damaged, please take a photo and contact us (email address: cs@sytwellness.com) within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange it immediately
8. Product Return and related policies
i. Damaged products: Our company will carefully inspect and pack them before shipment to ensure that each item is shipped in good condition. However, the goods may be damaged during the delivery, and the customer must check whether the ordered goods are damaged when receiving the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged, please refuse to receive the goods, and immediately notify the customer service department to make arrangements. We will not be responsible afterwards.
ii. Replacement: If you notice anything strange about the quality of the products within 48 hours of receiving the products, please take a photo and contact us (email address: cs@sytwellness.com) within 48 hours of receipt for follow-up and arrangements. If it is confirmed that it needs to be returned to our company, our company will make arrangement to pick up your products, however, relevant freight cost must be borne by the customer/user. Before the company arrives for returned product pick up, the buyer should keep the products properly, and the product must also be unopened and packaged to avoid all unnecessary damages, all products that have been opened for use or have been damaged will not accept any exchanges. SYT Wellness reserves the right to verify the condition of the products. Customers must present a valid receipt for exchange processing.
iii. Maintenance: There is no maintenance service from SYT Wellness. Daily use loss cannot be returned or exchanged.
