The online consultation will provide 20 minutes of consultation time. Patients under the age of [16] (within Hong Kong only, conditions may vary in other areas) must be accompanied by a legal guardian over the age of 21 to receive consultation services.

During the consultation service, SYT Wellness has the right to ask the patient to show his ID card for verification purposes. You have to pay an appointment consultation fee of HK$100.

After the doctor’s online diagnosis, if necessary, basic Chinese medicines or medicines will be prescribed for 3 days, and the paid consultation fee of HK$100 will be deducted. Therefore, the combined service fees of prescribing Chinese medicine, the free consultation fee, three-day essential medicine/medicine and one-time free delivery service are approximately HK$250 to 380.

For cases that require consultation to prescribe medication, the consultation fee of HK$100 will not be refunded.
