Your privacy and medical information are important to us, none of the video chats will be recorded. All the consultation notes will only be used internally within our POS/ERP system. So you can be assured that no third party will be able to get your personal information or medical records.

Is the product I received safe?

After online consultation, we will process the prescribed Chinese Medicine formula as soon as possible. Health care products such as compression pads and upper extremity supports to the patient’s hands. Typically, patients can receive those products within 2 business days. For overseas friends, we will have to assess your local country’s logistics service to determine timing.
